Experience Level: 3-5 Years
Salary: $225,000 – $300,000 (DOE)

A prestigious firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience handling all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing witnesses, and taking/defending depositions. Federal clerkship or trial experience is highly preferred.


L&E Associate
Minneapolis, MN

 Experience Level: 4-6 Years
Salary: $225,000 – $275,000 (DOE)

A prestigious firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 4-6 years of experience handling a wide variety of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour collective actions, class actions and single plaintiff cases, as well as complex advice matters.  The ideal candidate will be able to work independently counseling clients and have excellent brief writing experience.
